I am a licensed and NCIDQ certified Interior Designer with 10+ years experience in all phases of design for a wide variety of interior and architectural projects including corporate and government office space, residential, healthcare, education, institutional and retail since 2010 in New York City, Connecticut, Chicago, and New Orleans. Currently I oversee the Design Studio for NANO LLC, as a Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer I am involved on nearly every project in the office in varying capacities. In 2018 my role expanded to include Design Studio Manager, and in 2020 I took on a role as BIM Manager to revamp our office drafting standards and templates. As Design Studio Manager I am involved in tracking all project schedules, budgets, staffing and hiring. As a Project Manager I run both interior and architectural projects with teams of 2-6 designers. I graduated from Pratt Institute with Highest Honors in my department and went on to work for a small architecture firm, Chandler Pierce Architect, in Manhattan, NY where I quickly excelled into a position that allowed me to manage both interior architectural projects and custom furniture design and fabrication. After moving to New Orleans, LA I began working as a certified Interior Designer for the award-winning healthcare and education based architecture firm, Blitch Knevel Architects. In 2015 I took a year off from the architecture world to explore the industry of event production as an Assistant Project Manager and Technical Designer for Solomon Group, working in the Fabrication Department on both live productions, temporary installations, and museum exhibits around the country. I continued to work part time as a freelance Technical Designer until 2018. Outside of architecture and interior design my interests include film photography, urban planning, wellness and sustainability, custom fabrication, and graphic design.
