Worked for Samancor(western Chrome mine) as mining engineer trainee from 2002 to 2004 (June)(Underground and Opencast mining) and the main objectives was(Stockpiling survey, mine planning, blasting, Mineral beneficiation(MG1, MG2, MG3 and MG4), haul roads standardization, rehabilitation,survey)Worked for Anglo Coal (Goedehoop Colliery) as a coal discard Forman from 2004 June to 2006 June, and then from June 2006 to 2007 September I join Sumo Coal (Pty) Ltd as an exploration scientists, preparing prospecting right application, Mining right application, Environmental management plan(EMP), Environmental management programme report (EMPR), Social and Labour plan (SLP) and liaison with the department of Mineral Resources, preparing Topographical map in accordance to Regulation 2 (2) of Mineral Petroleum Resources development act, 2002(Act 28 of 2002), using ArcGIS 10.1 and being part of the team that has prepare the required documentation in accordance to Mineral and petroleum resources act of 2002, that has end being one of the longest open cast coal project.From October 2007 worked as a consultant, handling prospecting projects of not less than 15 junior mining companies, compiling prospecting right, Mining right application, environmental management plan, environmental management programme report, consultation with the interested and affected parties with the landowner in accordance with Mineral and Petroleum Resources act, 2002(Act 28 of 2002) as well as Social and Labour Plan(SLIP),From 2012 November to date, I have lodged more 125 prospecting rights applications on different coalfields, and so far we have received more than 45 (forty five) responses from the department of mineral resources (DMR) of which 15 dealt in terms of section 16(3) of the act (MPRDA) and 30 of them has been accepted, and their Environmental management plan (EMP) has been submitted, and 50% are granted, executed and we busy with explorations
