I founded Bakland Mgmt, a sports marketing agency that champions brands and brands champions, with a focus on athlete management and representation for elite fitness, strength, and endurance athletes.I work with some of the most notable names in the sports industry, such as Sara Sigmundsdottir, BK Gudmundsson, Ricky Garard, Emma Lawson, Spencer Panchik, Kelsey Kiel, Hunter McIntyre and Megan Jacoby among others. I help them make the most of their career, negotiate contracts, secure sponsorships, and create compelling content. I also have multiple publications in the field of marketing and design, and I am fluent in English and Icelandic.
