I specifically prepared and conducted a survey of the student population to provide information for a SWAT analysis. I consulted with the board of directors and heads of department on my analysis and provided advice for strategic direction in curriculum planning.

Innovative financing involves a range of non-traditional mechanisms to raise additional funds for development programming. This can include impact investing, Market Systems Development (MSD/M4P), value chain development, and public-private partnerships. I worked closely with the Inclusive Economies Advisor in exploring new opportunities for the organization to engage further in the innovative finance ecosystem including coordinating a team of field researchers on a mapping study of gender-lens investing in the global south. I synthetized the country field reports for the mapping study and supported the lead researcher in the drafting, editing, and presenting the final report to Global Affairs Canada.

A Returning Residence Fellow is a leader within a university residence acting as a role model and personal resource for both residence students and staff. Under the direction of a Residence Manager, a Returning Residence Fellow supports a team of Residence Fellows in the coordination of team meetings, regularly scheduled "On-call" shifts, and is assigned administrative work such as weekly logs, student goal setting, roommate agreements, and daily communications. A Returning Residence Fellow empowers students to uphold Residence Standards, along with create community through personally connecting with students and facilitating intentional group activities.
