From a loose collective of talented, creative individuals collaborating on a variety of e-learning design, multimedia development, web design and musical projects, snowfish has evolved into a small but effective e-learning development company.Based around skills and experience gained over 12 years in e-learning design and development, snowfish have already completed a variety of highly successful e-learning projects for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and for the International Union Against Cancer (UICC), for whom we developed 'Cancer Basics for All' an internationally distributed Oncology e-learning programme for the developing world.

Following the take over of EBC in April 2006 and the subsequant closure of the ebc offices in Buckingham in March 2007, I continued in my Senior Learning Designer role.This enabled me to continue working with some of my key clients such as Unilever, with whom I designed the highly successful 'Marketing Foundation' e-learning course, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Over my 4 years at EBC, I was able to improve my more formal instuctional design skills and to put them into practice with a huge range of high-quality clients.For example, I proposed, designed and produced Unilever’s flagship Marketing Foundation e-learning programme for all new Unilever marketers worldwide and designed both pure e-learning as well as blended solutions for numerous other major clients including BT, Network Rail, NHS, AstraZeneca, Barclays and Ordnance Survey.

Having been taken on as a Project programmer by the Education & Training Department at AIRCOM International upon graduating in 1997, I rapidly rose to become the Development Team Manager in 1999 and then General Manager of the now independent AIRCOM Education & Training in October 2000.In these roles I was instrumental in the development of 'The TIMES Education Series' of 29 high quality educational CD-ROMs as well as numerous CBT projects for companies in the Telecoms industry including both Nokia and Ericsson.
