In my role as a Senior Research Coordinator, I play a crucial part in executing interventional and non-interventional human studies. I bring valuable clinical research experience, computer proficiency, and a strong grasp of the consent process to the position. Under the direct supervision of Management and Principal Investigators (PI’s), I actively support research activities, ensuring compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, and FDA regulations. My responsibilities include screening, enrolling, and compensating subjects, obtaining remote consent, scheduling biospecimen collection, and administering questionnaires. I handle data management tasks, such as uploading information into systems and case report forms, and conduct regular follow-up calls/emails/SMS for research participants. I contribute to adverse event reporting for FDA submissions, collaborate on study material development, assist in the grant process, and participate in the preparation of regulatory/ethics documents. Monitoring protocol implementation and study progress, I maintain open communication with management, generate reports for quality assurance, and contribute to the creation of recruitment materials and publications.
