In particular, the Fleet Manager manages the planning and coordination of the LIF aircraft operations taking due account of maintenance, logistics and engineering issues across all operational venues. The responsibilities of the role include:  Derive & Manage the Scheduled maintenance Stagger for both the aircraft and its systems in conjunction with the Commonwealth.  Plan, Manage and Co-ordinate unscheduled maintenance such as incorporation of modifications and STI’s in conjunction with the Commonwealth.  Ensure that the fleet plans developed ensure Flight Generation and Mission Success are achievable in line with contract requirements.  In conjunction with the Structures Engineering, coordinate aircraft allocation to manage fatigue usage across the Fleet.  Chair the weekly operational working group meeting.  Prepare and present LIF fleet planning data at Project Performance Reviews, Contract Performance Reviews and other Customer reviews as necessary.
