My role is primarily project management for our high profile client base. Clients come to us with SERP (Search Engine Results Page) related concerns and we develop a strategy to solve the issue and implement it. From project overview to retrospective I monitor and control all requirements to meet the clients objective for search results.

My role includes auditing sites for the SERP (search engine results page) for intent and technical considerations both on-site and off-site and managing client projects. My day-to-day includes engaging with account managers to meet client expectations and delving into any website issues or concerns that could affect searchability of client sites.

Provide special projects team with analysis and auditing of websites for search related optimization and site performance strategies for pre-sale and then supported Account Managers in post-sale to fulfill recommendations. Each client project required a different approach. All but a few sites were WordPress (a couple Drupal & Joomla). My responsibilities included creating WordPress sites, installing and customizing the theme and ensuring that the site met all search engine requirements for optimal speed, architecture, and content delivery.

As part of the fulfillment team I was responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and developing WordPress sites as part of an overall search engine optimization plan. Implementation included creating both child themes and barebones themes as well as troubleshooting existing sites with both speed and mobile friendly issues. I was instrumental in helping to move dozens of sites from 2nd and 3rd page results to page 1 SERP through analyzing all aspects of the site through organic site speed tools and then implementing recommendations.
