As a research assistant at Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh), we are working together with research partners (Ghana Venture Capital Association) to conduct a baseline study on Venture Capital and Private Equity (VCPE) in Ghana with a deep dive into how VCPE has contributed to impact, gender and social equality. This research will fulfil two key objectives; one is to help fill a major data gap on the performance of VCPE funds to date in driving impact investing and gender equality. The second is to engage and equip key stakeholders across the impact investing ecosystem with locally relevant actionable insights to catalyse impact investing in Ghana. The study is funded by International Developement Research Centre (IDRC) and Global Steering Group for Impact Investing (GSG)

Undertook program assessment of a UNICEF/Mastercard Foundation/Ghana Education Service COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Program in two regions North East (Walewale and Nalerugu districts) and Bono East (Tachiman and Atebubu Districts).

Consulted as a research assistant on a project funded by Global Partnership for Education-Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE-KIX) to assess their efforts to help the attainment of SDG 4 by promoting quality, equitable, and sustainable large-scale, ICT-mediated Teacher Professional Development (TPD) in the global south (Ghana) via their BookSmart software application. Conducted multiple in-person interviews to access the Worldreader BookSmart software Application designed to help learners and instructors in the development of literacy skills, especially during the pandemic era. The study was to assess the intervention that was piloted to ensure it could be scaled up.
