• Operations Management: Overseeing project intake, scoping, and staffing for all OR projects within the EPMO, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
• Tool and Process Development: Developing and implementing robust OR tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of our change management initiatives.My role was pivotal in driving the adoption of change management.
