Scott is a seasoned Change Management Leader who led the Change Management efforts for the SAP deployment for a client's largest portfolio. This extensive initiative affected over 25,000 employees, including approximately 7,000 end users. Scott's expertise involved collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive and sustain change, engaging key stakeholders to secure their understanding and buy-in, and leading a dedicated team of training designers and developers to ensure end users were fully equipped to succeed with the new solution.

Scott was responsible for connecting with business leaders and business owners to build support for Congressman Dean Phillips. This was a dedicated full-time volunteer position, during which Scott took a leave of absence from Medtronic to fully commit his time and energy to the campaign.

Designed and developed the implementation of the Change Management Office within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EMPO) at Medtronic. My responsibilities encompassed:• Leadership: Leading a dynamic team of over 25 employees and contractors, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive Organizational Change Management services. This included Stakeholder Management, Leadership Alignment, Communications, Training, and Role Management. Our team is deeply integrated within the EPMO, supporting all IT projects across Medtronic.• Strategic Direction: Setting the strategic direction for the Organizational Readiness (OR) organization, aligning our initiatives with Medtronic's broader business objectives.• Executive Engagement: Collaborating directly with senior leaders to convey the importance of change management. I guided them on how to effectively lead their teams through significant change efforts.• Operations Management: Overseeing project intake, scoping, and staffing for all OR projects within the EPMO, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.• Tool and Process Development: Developing and implementing robust OR tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of our change management initiatives.My role was pivotal in driving the adoption of change management practices across Medtronic, ensuring that organizational changes were managed smoothly and effectively.

Working directly with MedSource International leadership team to design, develop, and implement new S&OP tools and process. Efforts included developing new Category Manager role and selecting candidates. Developing training materials which include new processes and tools. Integrating new Category Manager role into the new Supply Chain department. Training Sales team on how to create monthly sales forecasts that will be integrated into the Sales & Operations Planning processes.• Supply Chain Executive - led supply chain operations for medical supplies distributor totaling ~$25M in annual sales.• Warehouse Consolidation/Move - led effort to move corporate offices and warehouse (35K sq. ft) to new location.• Software Selection Lead - led software selection process for moving sales and supply chain management organization to new ERP solution.

Organizational Change Management lead for implementation of new quote management and order capture functionality in SalesForce.com for US Legal sales organization. Project impacts 2000+ stakeholders across United States. Key aspects of the project include: Leadership Alignment, Change Network, Identify and Communicate Change Impacts, and Role Mapping.• Change Management lead for the Salesforce.com implementation for the North American sales organization at Thomson Reuters for ~2100 users. • Deliverables included: Sponsorship Planning, Leadership Alignment, Communication Planning, Stakeholder Engagement plan, Super User plan, Process Re-design, Change Discussion Guides, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Change Management lead for the Retail Operations effort to implement new software to assist sales team (Blue Shirts) with selling phone, cable, and internet services.• Rollout Salesforce.com implementation for the North American sales organization at Thomson Reuters for ~2100 users. • Deliverables included: Leadership Alignment, Communication Planning, Stakeholder Engagement plan, Super User plan, Process Re-design, Change Discussion Guides, and User Acceptance Testing.
