• Manage a team of 4 salaried program managers that are responsible for all Stellantis vehicles engineered or assembled in North America. • Lead gate reviews with executive leadership to identify and manage program risks. Gate approval is required to authorize moving forward to the next program milestone.• Manage the sourcing process from the beginning of source package creation, cost target setting, RFQ, tech reviews, and final sourcing selection.• Obtain funding at governance reviews to support partial spend during early program development and kick off prototype builds.• Manage cost savings initiatives from technical changes or complexity reductions. Manage workshops with the supply base and present funding requests to leadership for approval.

• Collect and monitor inputs for Engineering Research and Development (ER&D) spending, tooling and capital investment. Develop and monitor engineering resources per approved spending plan. • Coordinate program planning along with master timing schedules and evaluate project risk assessments. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program cost, quality, performance and timing objectives. Direct the work of others by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the progress of projects. • Monitor and report open program issues/risks. Drive resolution to ensure program deliverables are met. Provide program status updates to senior and executive leadership.

• Analyze CQI (Customer Quality Input) surveys to improve vehicle performance directly based on customer feedback. Read customer narratives on a weekly basis to look for emerging issues as well as confirming engineering changes resolved an issue.• Yearly review of JD Power data with engineering to develop action plans to improve vehicle ratings. This includes narrative analysis, gap to target analysis to meet corporate objectives and future quality improvement actions for current model year plus 3 years.

• Reduced on-hand inventory from $8M to $3M over an 8-month period by eliminating obsolete components due to engineering design changes.• Reduced hourly head count from 8 associates to 6 by combining job functions, developed job instructions and implementing standardized work.• Implemented on-hand inventory control for a 0.33% variance during the last quarterly physical inventory count.

• Managed a team of 4 salaried prototype supervisors that oversaw 27 different engineering programs for 8 different customers. Coordinated with engineering to quote and order components necessary for engineering and customer builds. Worked with manufacturing and outside service providers to build customer orders on time. • Developed a consolidated group of preferred suppliers to improve supplier quality and reduce cost of goods pricing by 10%.• Eliminated poor performing suppliers based on delivery performance, first time quality and component pricing.• Quoted, generated, and maintained purchase orders for $15M in annual cost of goods purchased.

• Reduced on-hand general stores inventory from $650K to $400K by eliminating obsolete components and established better min/max controls.• Implemented wearable tooling vending machines for five machining cells. This allowed job setters across three shifts to access tooling without maintaining an hourly associate in general stores.

• Managed 7 salaried associates that were responsible for supervising 200 hourly skilled trade associates across 3 shifts.• Coordinated labor relations issues including associate disciplinary actions, grievance settlement, and overtime equalization.• Department responsibilities included equipment demolition and relocation, new equipment installations, blueprint tooling fabrication, maintaining site utility systems including steam, compressed air, HVAC and electrical switch houses.• Coordinated the consolidation of skilled trades through cross-functional training. • Coordinated and scheduled the clean up and idling of several manufacturing areas.• Led a cross functional team of maintenance, production and engineering staff to continuously improve OEE within our production area.
