Founded the Emerging Filmmakers Fund to support diverse first-time filmmakers to tell their stories.

Within the scope of a long service leave cover, I delivered a new digital strategy, set up an in-house digital innovation lab and delivered a communications research project looking at Victorian's attitudes on human rights issues to better inform advocacy communications campaigns.

Oversaw the development of a sustainable regular giving program and high fundraising growth. Supported the launch of the SEED Indigenous Youth Climate Network and negotiated an EBA with staff.

In 2013 the Australian Government sacked the Climate Commission - Australia's top climate change experts. In response, I was part of the founding team who led the largest crowdfunding campaign in Australian history - raising over $1 million in a week to relaunch as the Climate Council.I went on to lead a team that built an active and committed community of 250,000 volunteers, donors, advocates and followers.

I joined The Foundation for Young Australians with a mandate to increase digital innovation and engagement. I led the strategy, creative development and launch of a social purpose app development competition and a campaigning hub to support young people with skills and digital tools to run advocacy campaigns.

I led advocacy and digital campaigns and built an active and engaged community of young people campaigning on climate change. From getting climate change into election media coverage to facilitating every single MP and Senator to meet with a group of young people from their electorate - the focus was on responsive campaigning, creative, social-media driven tactics backed up by deep community organising.
