• Built upon the foundational brand guidelines to develop a unique identity for each of the 14 divisions within the company that spoke to their target audience. Divisions ranged from Fashion to Financial Services industries and maintained a cohesive system under the corporate umbrella.• Oversaw design and content for all creative pieces, from initial strategy and copywriting through to final design. Managed freelance designers: wrote creative briefs and communicated feedback and expectations. Produced and/or provided creative direction for email marketing content. Developed strategic messaging. • Oversaw a complete redesign of the company website as the primary liaison between Solomon Page and an outside design firm. Consulted on all design elements, color palettes, site-mapping, and layout. Executed copywriting and editing, photography sourcing, and internal project management.• Developed first brand guidelines for the organization.• Assisted in creation of the company’s first cohesive marketing material suite, including stationery, sell sheets, marketing decks, business cards, event signage, and promotional materials for both the corporate identity and 14 internal divisions, each with an individual yet unified identity.• Maintained the web and social presence, including company blog, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+.
