Partnered with the Engineering department to install a conveyor system that taped each completed box and included an integrated print-and-apply label system. IT was charged with managing the labeling system on each line. Proactive leadership was successful. Commended for optimizing productivity and driving an annual savings of $550,000 by removing one operator on each production line (9 total) and for reallocating one man hour per day for inventory associates.● Spearheaded a project to virtualize all servers and relocate to an offsite data center.● Facilitated local integration into the Parker network after acquisition. -
