• Unit Purpose: Receive, prepare, process and manage paper tax information, both business and individual, and transmit the respective data to a tax information system within prescribed standards of timeliness and accuracy.• Perform data capture activities in one or both of several unique ways: inputs data into a key-to-disk system in accordance with established procedures and standards (key from paper), or, perform data correction from images supplied by scanning equipment.• Ensure all data reviewed is correct by using and implementing TACS software in various problem areas: field repair, character repair, taxpayer verification, and quality management (QM)• Remit – Performs data entry for checks and vouchers to be processed for a daily deposit for the agency.• KFI – Performs data entry in the web-based KFI System in either the Initial Key or Verify Work steps (or both) for Corporate, Pass Through Entity, Individual, Business returns and W2s at high volume of speed while focusing on attention to integrity, detail, and meeting production needs.

* Reconciled a portion of the company's general ledger accounts (Cash, Clearing, Suspense, etc.) and performed detailed research on ledger outages in order to resolve the problem mitigating any potential risk to the company's financials.* Executed daily operations of Reconciling accounts that have charged off. Also compiled and sorted documents, such as TSYS and RECAP reports daily.* Participation in Disaster Recovery Exercises for Global Finance.* Testing of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance controls in the Global Finance for accounts that were Charged Off.

* Executed daily operations of processing Petitions for customers that filed Bankruptcy using the R1 (Recap), Robi and Unisys (TSYS) systems daily.* Was instrumental in testing for all new enhancements for the Robi system. I also was the contact for person for the Technical Support Group.

* Executed daily operations of opening new credit cards accounts and changing customer's personal data on the accounts.* Was instrumental in up selling, converting accounts to better offers and increasing or decreasing customer's credit limits, using the following systems Unisys, IBS and Grumpy.

• Opened new Checking and Savings accounts daily and processed Loans using a computer system named Telex.• Researched General Ledgers and QA work daily.SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS Trained new hires and provided documentation for other departments members when needed.
