Member of the EuroPeers France and International networks volunteering through Erasmus+.I participated to many events (YouthWeek, come back events, Conference on the Future of Europe) to promote European Solidarity Corps Programmes and encourage ex-volunteers to join the EuroPeers network.Ambassador of Youth Mobility, I want to spread out all opportunities to young people including those with Fewer Opportunities.

• Welcomed and informed visitors about museum services and exhibition• Received and made phone calls providing excellent customer service skills• Had responsibility for cash handling and supervision of museum shop• Good use of Arégie IT system to ensure efficient ticket sales

• Welcomed visitors and introduced them to museum exhibition in English, French and Spanish• Offered small guided tours to visitors• Processed with visitors’payment using cash register• Searched for workshops’activities around museum topic using Internet, Art books and imagination. • Created a variety of artefacts to be used in children workshops including a labyrinth game and Stone Age masks• Assisted children and colleagues during workshops.• Worked on a research project to look for all toy museums and museums for children around Europe for archiving/data and partnership purposes.• Designed a wordsearch worksheet about toys in English and Lithuanian

I undertook a variety of admin duties including processing clients' files, recording statistics and building quaterly reports. I also drafted clients' letters and took minutes at meetings for the outreach projects delivered by CAB. I also took reception duties and dealt with a variety of clients and issues. As a result I have excellent people skills. While listening actively to the client and referring back to senior colleagues with complex issues, I was able to make the client feel safe and welcomed in CAB. I also acted as an interpreter on several occasions with French and Spanish speaking clients and demonstrated outstanding listening and communication skills.

I delivered French classes to adult learners wishing to learn French for work or leisure purposes working through grammar, oral practice, role play and audio visual resources.I also led an intensive French curriculum for Scottish pupils to prepare then for their exams using games and songs to make the class more attractive.
