Successfully Launched the first Private Internet Service In Maldives under the brand name Raajje Online (ROL) offering wireless nomadic access using Navini Base Stations on 2.4Ghz Successfully Branded the ROL Service offering unlimited Internet access at a fixed monthly fee breaking the monopoly held by the incumbent ISP.Offered 2-way Small VSAT based unlimited Satellite access to resorts and outer islands using Thaicom's IPSTAR Successfully negotiated and Implemented iDirect Hub Station In Singapore in partnership with Sing Tel to offer new generation of 2-WAY VSAT based Internet access to outer islands and Resorts in Maldives. Successfully formed a joint venture between Wataniya Telecom Maldives of Kuwait, Focus Infocom and Reliance Global Com of India to implement the first Submarine cable Systems linking Maldives to the global undersea cable network. Have been one of the key negotiators to broker the deal with FLAG and negotiate the JV agreement, Landing Party Agreement and CRUA.Was actively involved in the project management and liaison between the government for the successful landing of the cable system. Pioneered the introduction of the fist Digital Cable TV network in Maldives and have been the key negotiator for Content rights for rebroadcasting.Pioneered and Introduced the first GEPON network offering High-speed Data and Internet access to Business and Government Clients.Have been actively involved in the development of Products, Marketing, Branding and Sales of the service while developing staff in these areas by providing guidance and leadership.Successfully negotiated funding for the Submarine Cable System, development and expansion of network.Successfully managed the company and its services as a reliable company and a brand. The LAN Switches and Routersused in the network are based on HP Procurve and Cisco.Designed and Installed the ATM network, Debit Card and Credit Card Network access network using Hypercom Access Servers and POS terminals for Bank of Maldives.Designed and Installed and Project Manage the LAN and Structured Wiring Systems and Provided Certifications for Maldives Monetary Authority (Central Bank of Maldives), State Bank of India (Maldives Branch), Bank of Ceylon (Maldives Branch) and Habib Bank (Maldives Branch)Designed and implemented and Project Managed LAN/WAN for the State Electric Company, College of Higher Education and Many other Government Ministries.Designed, Project Manage and implemented the first Optic Fibre Backbone in the country.
