• Development of new features and applications for European Nucleotide Archive (ENA)Technology: C/C++ (STL, Boost, CppUnit, gSOAP, Glib, APR), Java, Perl, C#, OCI, Pro*C, SOAP, WSDL, XML, MySQL C, Client-Server.
• Design and Development of high performance, scalable, multithreaded SOAP Web Services interface (C/C++ servers, C/Java/C# clients) for submission validation in to the Sequence DB/ENA.
• Design and Development of a real time high performance, scalable XML from/to flat files Generator and parser using different XML schemas for EMBL Databank in C++. It is used online and in the release.

• Designing and implementing of API (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/docs/api/) for Macromolecular Structural Database (MSD/PDBe).(C/C++/OTL/OCI/JNI/LISP)
