Core Responsibilities: -Provide strategic direction and execution leadership to a database marketing team which focuses on identifying ways to drive business growth through anticipating customer needs and delivering quality innovative effective solutions.-Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in tools, training, process, reporting and employee engagement.-Designs, develops and generates reports, analyzing the data to ensure accuracy and that the content is meeting client needs.-Partners with internal departments to develop training plans for the team individuals; assists with program training, and not limited to assessing training needs but providing training to new members to the team and observing post-training performance to determine if training was successful.-Manage team performance, motivation, scheduling, training and administration of policies/procedures.-Reviews database requirements on daily/monthly basis in order to achieve monthly goals.-Works and collaborate with the cross functional manager's to achieve team/department goals.

Core Responsibilities: -Data developing from various online sources.-Verifying Company information’s (Address, Phone Number, Employee size)-Verifying Contact information’s (Email id, Designation)-Data Analyzing for Marketing of the different software product on behalf of multinational software companies in U.S.A.-Data procuring in Excel.-Data uploading in CRM portal.-Task assign to team members.-Communicating with the internal client’s.-Making different types of chart & report in Excel (As per business requirement).-Give Ms-Excel training to required employees of the organization.

Core Responsibilities:-Counseling students to choose proper career option.-Grievance handling of students and giving proper solutions to them.-Batch allocation to students and keeping the record for the same.-Responsible for handling scheduling, faculty allocation.-Conducting time to time seminars in colleges and schools to enhance admissions.-Co-ordinate with office management.-Co-ordinate with head office.-Taken computer classes (on MS-Office) in absence of faculty.
