• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers andsoftware engineers.• Ensure complex information is delivered and displayed in the most compelling way.• Support other functions (content creators, engineers, brand marketers, etc.) in thoroughdelivery of the designs by defining the guidelines for creation of different kinds ofcontent, defining the style guides with ample detailing, ensuring that different kinds ofassets are integrated into the overall experience with ample attention to detail.• Push the envelope on our products’ design by keeping a watch on the emerging trendsin design and content• Manage a team of junior UI designers, providing training and support as and wherenecessary.• Optimize existing user interface designs.

- Visualizing client requirements in presentable mock-ups/wire-frames - Conversion of approved mock-ups in to fully functional HTML/CSS websites - Application of latest design frame-works in to the built websites - Assisting the team in integration of the designs with the back-end code and ensuring that the product provided to the client is bug-free - Mentoring of the junior web-designer
