• Verify that all workers and supervisors have completed the appropriate HSE induction training.• Verify that the site-specific HSE plan is fully implemented and adheres to leading and lagging indicators. • Identify the hazards, assessing the residual risks; communicate the risk to the concerned workforce, advising on the risk control measures and reviewing the risk assessment and method statement on all major and critical activities prior carrying out on site. • Ensure that the entire workforces including the subcontractors are wearing all the safety gadgets at all the times during the execution.• Ensure that all the necessary HSE prevention, educational, and informative signage / instructions etc. are displayed at all the work fronts etc.• Conduct regular HSE inspections at sites for all the activities in all the areas and report the non-conformance to the concerned.• Ensure that the required corrective action has been taken and check/conform the corrective action so taken and ensure the safety before putting in use. • Prepares and forward the necessary checklist as applicable at the time of inspection.• Conduct the tool box talk sessions at regular intervals and as and when required.• Conducts the emergency exercises, at site as per the plan.• Gathering and compiling of all the HSE data’s.• Take part I investigation of accidents / near miss etc.• Promote and improve the HSE consciousness amongst all the personnel, workforce at site.• Identify new HSE requirements or steps to enhance the existing HSE plan. • Interact with the ATS Project Managers /Contracts manager and CONSULTANT HSE representative. • Conduct measurements on adherence towards leading & lagging indicators
