Current- Guide 31+ school districts in a regional change management effort to provide authentic work-based learning experiences to 100,000 students - Influence local employer partners to lower barriers to entry to employment and open access to work with young learners- Sponsor regional professional development for educators to align pedagogical models, and help school leaders create safe spaces for teachers and students to experiment- Provide regional workforce data around job openings, skills, certifications, and wages in service of improving and launching school-based career programs- Engage with internal team members in race, equity, diversity & inclusion (REDI) conversations and developmental activities to foster greater community
