Take any and all actions and steps, and sign, execute, deliver, submit and file all applications, information, materials and documents with the Myanmar Microfinance Supervisory Enterprise (MMSE) under the Ministery of Finance and with the relevant governmental authorities or agencies in Myanmar, as may be necessary or expedient for the establishment and operation of the Company as a micro finance enterprise.Act in all matters and transactions and do any ac or thing (including but limited to granting any similar authority to any person whether orally or in writing) as may be necessary or expedient in relation to the establishment and continued operations of the Company as a micro finance enterprise.
