I ensure each project plays its part in harmony to achieve the program's overall goals.Here are some of my key roles as a program manager:Strategic Leadership:Developing and implementing program plans: Creating a roadmap for the program, outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies between projects.Managing risks and issues: Proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Communicating effectively: Keeping chapter Ambassador and monitors informed about program progress, addressing concerns, and building buy-in.Operational Management:Budgeting and resource allocation: Managing the South East Technovation program's financial resources and allocating them efficiently.Monitoring and tracking progress: Measuring progress against program goals, identifying deviations, and taking corrective action as needed.Managing dependencies and interfaces: Coordinating the activities of girls/mentors within the program and ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the challenge.Managing risks and issues: Proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

I support them throughout the Technovation Challenge, a global program that teaches girls the skills they need to become tech entrepreneurs.I Provide guidance and support to my team as they develop their project ideas, learn new skills, and overcome challenges. I help my team to stay on track and meet their deadlines.I encourage my team to think critically and creatively, and to be persistent in their efforts.I celebrate my team's successes and help them to learn from their mistakes.
