1) Manage procedure, digital product profitability and growth covering mobile banking, internet banking both consumer and corporate module.2) Manage services standard, customer feedback/experience and issues relating to these channels and prepare user requirements with the best market practice and excellent customer experience.3) Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement projects.4) Develop value proposition for various customer segments and share to digital project team for enhancement and development. When required, manage mobile banking & internet banking enhancement projects.5) Conduct data analytic to improve overall digital banking business, including acquisition, transaction, event trigger offering, etc.6) Manage and co-ordinate on relevant report requirement for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team.7) All digital productivities properly documented/updated/maintained.8) Develop the necessary material and provide training/refreshment to branches and other related departments existing/new digital products/services.9) Other tasks assigned by head of department.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Lead product development teams, manage individual performance and mentor team members2) Use agile methodologies and latest development techniques for product development3) Plan, execute and deliver product releases and get involved in product backlog and sprint planning4) Collaborate with Product Strategy & Customer Interfacing groups for defining product vision and roadmap5) Foster collaborative relationships with cross functional department and other development managers & peers to achieve group and divisional objectives6) Facilitate continuous process improvements7) Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, test, and deploy new features in a fast-paced environment. 8) Works with internal and external data sources and API's. 9) Addresses system defects and implements enhancements to existing functionality. 10) Troubleshoots issues with minimal guidance, identifies bottlenecks in existing workflows and provides solutions for a scalable, defect-free application. 11) Complies with Company policy and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle.12) Maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors and key systems users... and so on...
