As SOCi's internal Recruiter I am responsible for sourcing, screening, attracting and hiring top quality candidates, while monitoring internal and external applicant flow in line with department goals.-Recruit all levels of sales positions.-Develop recruiting and interview processes to maintain candidate tracking.-Proactively collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.-Allocate Recruitment budget to various job boards and outbound recruiting resources.-Responsible for timely communication with candidates, requisition management & intake meetings, interview scheduling, and reference checks.-Coordinate all on site interviews. -Manage top of funnel candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR).-Train and support all Contract Recruiters for special projects and recruiting initiatives.-Act as the liaison for third party agencies.
