I am the co-founder of ExodUS Summit, a community of 21,000+ Black women planning their temporary or permanent moves abroad. For 5 year, ExodUS Summit has taught our attendees the "Peace-Out Protocol" so that they can leave behind burnout and lack of safety in the United States for peace of mind, better quality of life, and community in a new country.My YouTube channel's 181,000 subscribers are currently supporting a Black woman financially so that she can take a sabbatical. So far we've given $50,000 to Black women for sabbaticals and retreats.ExodUS Summit is the face of a movement. The movement is larger than leaving the country — it's liberation for Black women.
