In my current position as Director of Medical Student Outreach Programs, I guide and support student leaders in their volunteer programs. This includes our three student run volunteer clinics (UR Well*3), and our Street Outreach Program which focuses on engagement of the homeless population in addition to our many non clinical volunteer outreach opportunities. I also assist with summer internship opportunities for students who demonstrate interest in community projects.

My clinical work is in the Emergency Department Observation unit at URMC-Strong Hospital.

I work in the hospital caring for patients who are admitted for general medical concerns and who also have co-existing behavioral/psychiatric issues.This position involves clinical care, teaching (students and residents) and management.I have an additional role in creating an experience of integrated care (outpatient) for the residency curriculum. This involves primary care and addiction medicine in patients who also have mental health concerns.
