My name is Socorro, but people usually call me by my nickname “Coco” I’m 27 years old and I’m a person of serious appearance but approachable with others, self-taught and organized and this provided me to an excellent fast learning skill, I analyzed and look for solutions. Team worker, i consider than each member of my team should be as stronger as I am and in the same way i will look to have the capacity to help my partners, we are just together against the world! Throughout my experience as RTA I developed multi-tasking abilities, monitoring agents and analyzing interval trends to drive an action plan, preparing intraday/weekly/MTD and EOD reports opened to details ensuring accuracy of information, designing seating alignment and take an eye of capacity planned. Communication skills putted in practice with own team and coordination with other departments.
