- Participation in worldwide projects of bakery production lines and machinery dismantling, reconstruction and installation. - Coordination and supervision of a Mechanical Technicians Team, during the project progress, while gaining valuable hands-on experience. - Interaction and close collaboration with customers, contractors and other project teams during the projects.
