The project was based on empiric studies and VBA excel and resulted in a model used in day to day customer quotations.Marketing / IT: Creation and implementation of a market positioning strategy for a local public speaker. Through client and market analysis we created a strategic marketing plan and later implemented it by redesigning the clients web page and social media profiles.Market analysis: Partook and documented key findings at a two day international development workshop hosted by the municipality with the goal to further ties between universities and the communities they reside in.Administration: Collected relevant contact details for a client regarding companies that recently had been part of a sustainable energy development project.Market analysis / IT: Structured an IT system proposal on behalf of the student union regarding a system tool used campus wide for over 9000 students. The proposal was based on a thorough evaluation of their needs, current provider and market alternatives. Tasks included empirical studies, negotiation and market research.
