During my time at Deca, I have taken on various responsibilities and tasks that have contributed to the growth and success of the company. As a Key Account Manager, some of my duties include:• Responsible for increasing the sales of the White Story and Bonavie brands with an achievement rate of 100% during the first 3 months of joining Deca.• Creating brand campaigns for White Story and Bonavie on the Lazada and Tokopedia platforms that successfully generated an approximately Rp10,000 increase in ABS (Average Basket Size), a 10% increase in CR (Conversion Rate), a 10% increase in UV (Unique Visitor), and a 7% increase in PV (Product View).• Successfully generated the highest Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) since the establishment of the White Story brand on the Lazada platform.• Maintaining ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) related to using ads on the Lazada platform, and consistently maintaining an average ROAS of above 8, considered excellent according to Deca Group's standards.• Creating monthly sales reports to be presented to the Brand Manager and Head of Online Sales.• Responsible as an online Key Account for handling and liaising with brands in eCommerce stores in Lazada and Tokopedia for digital and marketing campaign visibility, pricing, and promo plans.• Working with the Store Operation team and Customer Service team regarding customer management, such as providing solutions for issues encountered by customers.• Stay up-to-date with the latest commerce trends and programs while negotiating for optimal benefits across all channels.

While in Shopee, I do some work like the following:• Join the project for price competitiveness analysis.• Managing and analyzing the competitive price data with a total of approximately 15 brands.• Active in joining weekly meetings with the Manager to discuss the report on brand growth.• Helping Relationship Manager coordinate with a total of 7 brands to discuss the request from the brands and complete more than 300 requests.• Fill out the submission for brands who like to join Shopee Campaign.• Complete the training provided by Shopee.

The following are the tasks I did during my internship at Shopee:• Receive requests from brands to manage promotional media.• Complete the given task with a total of more than 150 tasks.• Complete the training provided by Shopee during the internship activity.
