Assist customers in setting up of cloud security features on their tenants which include anti-phishing, anti-malware, anti-spam and other threat management policies in the Security & Compliance center.• Maintenance of high-level customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and ensuring that they are met.• Resolution of well-defined and moderately complex problems using established policies and technical principles.• Managing and troubleshooting Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.• Experience with DNS including setup, Knowledge on ADFS.• Ability to deploy apps on to Office 365 environment• Plan security and compliance roles for Microsoft 365.• Manage Azure AD identities and Plan Azure AD identities.• Manage Access and Authentication, Perform bulk user management.• Design and Implement Microsoft 365 Services for Enterprise solution• Plan migration of on-prem users and groups, users, and data.• Escalate issues according to established procedures.
