 Executed duties as outlined by the Terminal Manager for receiving and shipping petroleum products via cargoes tankers, pipeline plans, trucks, in compliance with EI/JIG Standard 1530, TP, and SOP guidelines. Responsible for blinding/ de-blinding and all valves alignment within the terminal to ensure the proper handling ,storage and integrity of products. Managed records, facilitated loading and unloading operations, oversaw discharge from ship to storage tanks, and coordinated petroleum distribution to customer cargo trucks. Performed weekly and monthly manual measurements of fuel levels and temperatures for each grade. Inspected and tested fuel samples to ensure compliance with established standards, including density, temperature, Millipore, and other require tests. Performed Tank emptying degassing and cleaning, tank farm de-watering, tank-to-tank product transfer, conductivity measurement for ATF product. Completed necessary reports as per the statement of work to supervisor. Adjusted pumping systems, chemical additives, auxiliary equipment, control systems, storage tank levels and pump stations indicators. Operated the control room for daily terminal operation, including trucks & barge loading, valve line-up checklist, tracked tanker discharge process. Inspected and tested all loading pumps before each loading process. Monitored and controlled bitumen temperatures daily to ensure readiness for loading processes; operated hot oil heater for bitumen product heating. Checked on CSD Testing, Inspection, Maintenance, Deactivation & LOTO. Conducted operation analysis, risk assessment, and safety toolbox meeting with team members before initiating critical jobs.  Conducted safety inspections in work areas (PTW) to prevent accidents and incidents, adhering to SAP System. Participated in managing risk and safety issues for personnel, environment, and facilities; served as an ERT member, firefighter, and first aid responder.

 Able to read and understand drawing very well. Daily/monthly progress report to Site Supervisor/Manager. Attend daily site coordination meeting and highlights site issues to main contractors and sub-contractor. Attend everyday tool box meeting regarding with safety. Supervise sub contractor’s works according to design, Specifications, drawings, codes & Regulations.  Check quantities and take BQ based on shop drawings & Order materials such as Fire dampers, Grilles & VCD, NRD, Smoke Damper, Motorized Damper & Silencers. Check the shop drawing and amend & supervise draftsmen for submission to main contractors and coordinate with consultant for approval. Estimate duct sizing and pipe sizing for site installation and confirm with main contractor and approval from consultant. Prepare work schedule and follow up schedule to finish. Assist to Project Manager regarding with project schedule, project progress and project claim matters.

 Monitor meters, gauges and control boards to verify operational parameters. Start and stop turbines and other power-generation equipment as necessary to maintain safe operation, allow for repair work and meet changing supply and demand variables. Learned the diversity theory of power-generation equipment’s (Gas & Stream Turbine, HESG, Compressor, Boiler, etc.) during normal operations and SOP to comply with all relevant protocol by minimize the risk of damages. and machinery scheduled maintenance and emergency repair procedures. Ability to read SLD,P&ID and understand to follow PTW system. Gained expertise in managing the control of spare parts, including spare part, and overseeing storage within plant setting. Follow all relevant safety protocols and legal codes to ensure proper operation of equipment and minimize risk of damage to property and personnel. Actively engaged in regular training to enhance performance.
