• To provide advice and lead on the development of environmental policies systems and procedures in support of drilling and production activities.• Provide an in-country focal point for all environmental planning and operational support.• To manage ESIAs processes and develop ESMPs for all production and drilling activities.• To monitor compliance with ESMPs.• To provide coaching to office and field teams.• Provide an in-country focal point for all project based environmental planning and operational support.• To develop, execute, monitor and evaluate the environment management processes.• To own and implement the oil spill contingency plan in accordance with standards, including associated training.• To liaise with the External Affairs team in relation to social performance.• To own and implement chemical management processes.• Manage the ESIA development, compilation and submission and processes and any subsequent public consultation processes.• To implement the Environmental Management Plan / Mitigation (EMP) component of ESIAs ensure compliance with all legislation as well as resulting company commitments from the ESIA work.• Advises on environmental objectives and targets that may be required by either company environmental management systems and / or by legislation.• Manage the environmental permitting process and ensure that the necessary permits are obtained in support of operations schedule. • Ongoing environmental liaison with partners and Government Departments.• To develop and over-see the environmental audit plan.• Ensures ongoing Industry Best Available Techniques Practices are adopted re: environmental management, ongoing operations, EMPs, waste management, monitoring, rehabilitation etc.

• Direct reports Managing Director for the significant factors and required advice after examining the reports submitted by sector managers and outcome of system audit reports.• Deals with oversea auditors for the effective implementation of the quality management system• Makes planning for internal audit/ training program and monitors status for continual improvement. • Liaises with oversea affiliates concerning with performance of management systems.• Identify and action taken on business operation and quality system upon any non-conformities rose• Conduct ISO 9001:2008 audit as auditor and contribute the training of awareness, internal auditor, documentation guidance for the development of QMS.• Leads sales and marketing activities including seminar and public talk to promote system certification services in the region..• Establish and maintain effective systems for monitoring performance against agreed targets• Work closely with the Managing Director to monitor company’s performance against business objectives and targets; use reports from the on-line Register to track progress against targets and prepare regular reports for the Board and Committees• Contribute to the formulation and dissemination of annual plans, budget, monitor their implementation and make appropriate changes within areas of responsibility.

• Accept samples for chemical analysis.• Carry out chemical analysis in accordance with testing procedure(AOAC), (APHA).• Standardize reagents/ equipment, prepare titration solvents and test solutions.• Send sample to external laboratory if lab test can not be done in SGS (Myanmar) Limited.• Conduct Market survey for potential and new service to explore Lab capabilities.• Monitor and adjust the Chemical Lab Test Charges based on the Chemicals & Equipment Price.• To review & sign the Lab Result/ PR / Monthly expenses/ Disposal of sample• To conduct Lab supervision • To monitor Lab Charges based on Chemical cost• To monitor Market demand for extending of our lab capability• To enquire & provide necessary training for enhancing our technician• To monitor calibration status during Lab supervision • To contact with Lab equipment supplier for purchase of Lab equipment.• To evaluate the performance of Lab capabilities.• To report the Monthly Revenue, Performance Record, Lab diary.• To check Monthly Revenue against Lab Expense.• To monitor the achievement of Lab Objective• To analyze orders received for selecting of top ten client• To conduct customer satisfaction survey & take necessary action.• To set up new objective• To draw Graph of Lab income, Expense, Profit on yearly basis.• To monitor the chemical stock against Minimum stock Level.
