- Register all OTAs and property content registration ( photos, location, about property, rates,allotments etc)- Handling ,issue, update contract for Travel agent & Corporate company - Arrange Sales Meeting and visit for potential & existing Customer - Control & adjust availability and prices for daily basic .(- Negotiate and fixed the rate disparity with OTAs .- OTA contents score and review score analysis related to service.- Create promotions for all OTAS channel & walkin customer and some local customer along with seasonal or demands.- Create ads design like brochure, fb ads and moderator for every OTAs channel and facebook.- Handling and direct communication with the guest reservation matters or complaining matters from Online or Walk in- Make sure the all payment and invoices are issued according to the reserved room charges. - Extend the market via on OTAs channels and TAs.- Host for every inspection visit from TA or OTAs and company and every potential customer.(east)***- Responsible for Good Guest communication on every online channels ( Reply guest comment)**- - Online room transaction checking with the account department. - Corporate and instruct to front office for reservation & sales matters,-Sales Report & forecast
