Configure SAP SD modules based on business requirements, manage sales and purchase orders, maintain and update master data, process sales orders, coordinate with logistics and procurement teams, handle billing processes, provide end-user support, participate in projects using SAP, run monthly inventory reports, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Management of employee documentation including CVs and other relevant documents. Organization of interviews and recruitment processes. Maintenance of records for new hires and issuance of ID cards. Coordination of administrative tasks such as issuing materials for cleaners and managing employees' lists. Facilitation of appointment letters for new hires and assistance with visa processing for foreign employees. Additionally responsible for ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.

I am responsible for receiving and registering client-provided documents for construction engineering projects, managing project records, maintaining drawing files and electronic records, and facilitating communication among clients, project managers, and other stakeholders. I also handle technical drawings, requisitioning copies, and maintaining filing systems. Additional duties include preparing contractor valuation certificates, managing stationery and equipment, arranging travel and accommodation, and providing general support to the team.
