⦁ Prepare M&E Coordination drawings and liase with Architectural coordinator& DesignEngineer to issue CSD drawing Approval⦁ Monitor & Control all M&E work are performed on time within Budget and in compliance with all necessary Singapore⦁ Carry out the supervision & Coordination of M&E works at project at site⦁ Supervise and Trick on going Site Works to follow the Project Master Schedule⦁ Raise CVI/RFI to Consultant/ Architect if there is discrepancy ⦁ Control and Monitor the Site Progress, workmanship and compliance with requirements⦁ Conduct M&E coordinating meeting and site walk with M&E Subcons⦁ Access and Verify VO/ Progress Claim for respective contractor⦁ Liaise with Client, Architect, M&E consultant to resolve the site issue.⦁ Generate the M&E Penetration drawing overlay with structure to get the approval from structure consultant
