About Lars Henrik Søfren

I'm IT Chief Adviser in the IT Department in Region Zealand. Previous I was IT Program Coordinator in "Sundhedsplatformen" ("Healthcare Platform"), which is a joint project between Region Zealand and the Capital Region i Denmark, employed in the IT-department in Region Zealand.I'm responsible for a lot of casework, preparing for meetings and cases including ressourcemanagement, economic, security aspects and so on related to Sundhedsplatformen.I have been project- and program manager for many health informatics projects, eg. implementation of HIS-systems, CPOE-systems, clinical documentation system, and also consolidation and migrating clinical systems.My goal is to contribute to the best clinical IT-workspace.I'm certified PRINCE2 practitioner, and work with the PRINCE2 method. I'm certified in MSP foundation. I also have a master of informationtechnology (MI) with focus on health informatics, which is a solid fundament for the future collaboration with the hospitals in working out the best and most effecient IT-solutions.
