As a Chapter Coach @ KPN Technium, the DevOps IT department of KPN, I coached software developers in self-organizing Scrum teams in an agile environment. My focus is on their professional and personal development in order to maximize their employee journey’s experience and to realize their full potential as self-managing professionals in an ever-changing work field, maximizing their employability and work passion. Conducting Culture and Agile mindset Checks and Coaching conversations with international candidates to enhance the matching in our talent acquisition and as an extra preliminary step in the onboarding of new colleagues into their new life in The Netherlands and into the Technium Way of Work. With my work, I contributed to the transformation process of KPN Technium. As lead of the TDO Action Community, I helped drive change in the way of work in KPN's Technology & Digital Office (3000+people) by putting the battle against Organizational Debt on the agenda. We tackle long-standing issues we, and many other large organizations with us, face. Because these issues are so wide spread and persistent both the challenge and the potential is great. Our focus is on actions contributing to simpler processes, balanced workload, and translation of the KPN strategy. By involving everybody in coming up with and implementing solutions we aim at enhancing effectiveness, pleasure, and employee engagement.
