- Oversee the inventory accuracy & stock levels of over 70 stores and dc’s.- Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts and overstocks.- Implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventories.- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP inventory system issues.- Implement and enforce stringent inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify inventory accuracy.- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.- Monitor and analyze inventory variances to identify potential issues and take corrective action.- Monitor warehouse performance metrics.

- Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures- Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between physical stock vs system- Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements- Prepare detailed reports such as inventory report, stock levels,shrinkage report and adjustments- Maintain accuracy stock level on all national warehouse (Sumatera, Java, Bali & Makassar)- Generate inventory movement report as requested by commercial team
