Some of the cases he has litigated has broken new ground in Danish jurisprudence, including by finding for the first time the existence of a right of prior use and by finding, also for the first time, litigated patents and utility models invalid in the context of PI proceedings before the Danish courts.His field of expertise also extends to drafting and advising on contracts relating to e.g. IP and regulatory matters. Søren’s extensive teaching experience includes a position as an Associate Professor of Intellectual Property Law with Copenhagen Business School. After substantial growth in the most recent years within several practice areas, including IP & Life Science, Accura is in the top 5 of commercial Danish law firms measured on both turnover and number of fee-earners.
