As a legal expert, I have acquired great experience in regulation and policy development in ICT (information and communication technologies), telecom and competition regulation, digital administration and spectrum issues. I know the inside of public administration - especially with regard to telecoms regulation, ICT, internet regulation and the digital agenda and I am familiar with the relevant politics and political agreements. For five years I have been Head of the Frequency Division which is responsible for developing the Danish spectrum policies – of which wireless broadband has held a special focus – and administrating the Danish spectrum regulation. Among other things I have been responsible for the drafting and implementing the Danish Frequency Act, the re-farming of major mobile frequency bands (800, 900, 1800 MHz), preparations of spectrum auctions, a Danish spectrum strategy and access to the white spaces of the tv-spectrum. I am therefore quite adept in organizing a host of different projects simultaneously and finalizing them within the agreed deadline. I also have great experience in managing of personnel. In general, I have worked with wide-ranging projects characterized by a high degree of complexity and diversity where I have benefitted from my analytical skills. I quickly familiarize myself with new problems and issues and also to work and negotiate determined and creatively with colleagues, trade representatives and governmental bodies.
