Financial Business Partner on the V90-3MW Platform and Finance liaison in the Colorado OfficeSupporting the SVP of the V90-3MW Platform on all financial aspects in the value chain from New Product Development to Production, Installation and Service. External auditor primarily working in the small and medium sized segment.Recruited 12 months prior to finalizing Master Degree, to be part of the Aarhus Office of the International Company Ernst & Young with more than 100.000 employees. Was promoted 4 times in the 5 years of employment.Gained extensive knowledge on all aspects of accounting, auditing and Danish Corporate taxes to shareholder agreements and insights to Danish Corporate law. Part of several due diligences serving primarily the selling party.Worked as primary adviser for most clients substituting or supplementing a professional Board of Directors. Very diverse client portfolio ranging from one man companies to multinational corporations with several hundred employees working in industries such as Real Estate, Retail, Media and Production.
