Currently, I serve as the Project Management and Operations Manager at Aserra Group, where I lead the integration of EV trucks in mining operations. My responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing project budgets, and overseeing seamless technology integration.Previously, as a Senior Electric Vehicle Engineer at Petrosea, I was responsible for the retrofitting and performance monitoring of electric vehicles. I designed and executed engineering projects, developed training materials, and conducted post-project evaluations to enhance operational efficiency.In my role as a Senior Specialist in System & Strategy at Petrosea, I focused on developing strategic plans, optimizing labor costs, and creating training programs. I was also involved in curriculum development and lecturing on hydraulic and pneumatic systems at Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan.At PT Borneo Alam Semesta, I worked as a Trade Trainer Supervisor, where I developed training packages, conducted assessments, and ensured the implementation of training programs.
