This portfolio consists of boutique hotels, restaurants, and bars across Hong Kong and China, including the heritage hotel Hullett House, a surrealism-inspired boutique hotel, The Luxe Manor, and Hotel Soul, the first contemporary boutique hotel in Suzhou. - Oversee 17 brands and manage four Marketing Communications teams in Hong Kong and China - Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures, including brand identity and logo guidelines - Develop and execute external communications and public relations strategies whilst overseeing all communications channels of the group and its properties to maximize brand awareness for the company- Handle crisis communications - Plan, develop and promote new brand building projects - Coordinate promotions and collateral development with brand operations teams to create promotional calendar and marketing strategies- Handle copywriting, proofreading, and editing of all group and brand marketing materials- Manage website development projects for the GR8 corporate site and other brand website revamps in order to implement responsive layouts with user-friendly designs- Build and maintain good relationships with media and handle media enquiries - Work closely with business units, and provide holistic communications and public relations strategies that support business growth - Develop digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns - Coordinate and liaise with internal and external vendors to produce and deliver marketing communications collaterals on time and in accordance with agreed strategies and corporate guidelines
