• Create test plans, test scripts and test cases for use during testing to ensure in line with the business requirements.• Participate in testing preparation i.e. system date planning, test data preparation.• Generate issue reports and work closely with developers to resolve issue and analysis on issues.• Standby and support for critical production bugs and errors when necessary.• Ensure issue raised properly fixed and tested before closure.• Monitor and provide testing progress report updated.• Perform manual exploratory testing on new and existing items.• Document all test results for user review and obtain sign off.• Responsible for delivering the tasks assigned on time and within the project timeframe.• Proactively contribute idea and provide proposal for testing process improvement

• Perform business as usual (BAU) within business timeframe without error guided by operation procedures, standard, guidelines and policies.• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation.• Ensure due care and diligence is exercised on day to day operational matters relating to Money Laundering and KYC.• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.• Perform UAT for business system when necessary and document the UAT results.
