I am a Young Entrepreneur, Content Creator and Co-Owner of VNI Scientific Sdn Bhd (an established manufacturer, GMP Certified by the Ministry of Health and Halal certified by JAKIM, we conceptualize, formulate and manufacture cosmetic and skincare products for brand owners, big and small) Starting a family business at a very young age, Herlysa Vegan, an online-based skincare brand from scratch targeting women and men aged 25 - 48 years really taught me a lot about business, brand management, customer segmentation, product marketing, and overseeing sales channels.All this sounds exciting of course, but the twist is 4 years ago I had to leave the brand my sister and I started and rebuild a B2B company from scratch. The experience taught me humility, tolerance and strengthened my faith, to believe that everything comes at the right time.Growing from launching on a skincare brand to having a natural skincare manufacturing company, and building sales to seven figures in the first four years starting up, forced me to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly as I am always on the go and at the same time having to strategically plan and implement projects on time.VNI Scientific Sdn Bhd has embarked on collaborations with research institutes and government agencies like Nano Malaysia, UITM and Nano Verify. The company succeeded in establishing a GMP and Halal certified Private label manufacturing company with exclusive formulations for products in pharmacies and retail outlets all over Malaysia for the past 4 years. All this led me to believe that we never lack resources, we just need to be more resourceful in building our own destiny.
