As a recent graduate with a Master's in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University, I am eager to bring my academic background and passion for sustainable design to the professional field. My education background in Malaysia and the United Kingdom has equipped me with a strong foundation in architectural design and the technical skills needed to excel in such a dynamic industry.Throughout my studies, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have honed my skills and knowledge in sustainable design, bamboo and timber construction, model making, and other ways to represent ideas. I have completed projects like the Chow Kit Shelter For Women (Part 1 Thesis) and Wytham's Recreational Park (Part 2 Thesis), which allowed me to apply my knowledge in a practical context and collaborate with peers and mentors to create impactful designs.I am proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suites, and I am always excited to learn new tools and technologies that can enhance my design capabilities. My academic journey has also instilled in me a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.In addition to my coursework, I have engaged in the Bamboo Borneo Workshop 2023, where I gained hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of bamboo construction within the context of Southeast Asia. These experiences have reinforced my ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and deliver creative solutions.I am now looking forward to starting my professional career and contributing to innovative projects that can further improve the quality of our living environment. I am particularly interested in developing my niche in community architecture, sustainable design, sports facility design, as well as bamboo and timber construction.
