About Sofee Desai

I am a dynamic real estate professional with a passion for the CRE industry and years of valuable experience ranging from debt lending to investment sales. During my time at university, I gained experience through multiple summer internships with top industry lenders such as Greystone and Lument. In these roles I learned the underwriting, closing, and asset management processes. After graduating from the University of Miami with my degree in real estate and business law, I spent a year at Greystone on the Agency Lending Sales Desk. This role allowed me to understand the intricacies of structuring loans and providing lending solutions for multifamily assets during times of uncertainty in the market. Currently, I am thrilled to be a part of the William A. Millichap Fellowship Program at Marcus & Millichap where I am diving into the world of commercial real estate brokerage. I am committed to delivering exceptional service, creating value for clients, and leveraging my education and experience to navigate the complexities of the current market.I am always looking to connect with fellow professionals, learn from others in the industry, and explore new opportunities!
